I found the best place for Thai food before or after a Broadway show, right in the heart of the Theater District. Saitong Thai has a new prix fixe menu for $55, which includes a crispy spring roll, a crab rice entrée, and a weekly happy hour cocktail. I also discovered this incredible spicy pork hock soup, one of their signature dishes. The stewed pork leg was spicy and tangy, super tender and full of collagen.
