There’s a new restaurant on St. Marks place with old school New York vibes and great outdoor seating. @cecilia97nyc is a cozy American bistro serving up modern yet retro food. We loved the roasted vinegar chicken with toast for sauce dipping, the sea bass, and ended our meal with a classic and decadent banana split.
