Judam is NYC’s first odeng bar in K-Town, where you can enjoy fresh fish cakes served right in front of you over a round of drinks, like this yummy matcha makgeolli. I sat at one of their tables instead and tried a bunch of dishes. I really enjoyed the marinated short rib risotto and the boiled pork jowl sujebi. It was my first time having sujebi, and it was so satisfying to rip the dough myself. The bowl of soup was very tasty and super comforting! #ktownnyc #nycktown #nycrestaurants #nycfood #eatingnewyork
