Park Rose NYC

I think I found one of NoMad’s prettiest spots 🌸✨ Recently checked out Park Rose and immediately loved the ambiance. Floral touches, tons of natural lighting, and a space that feels pretty without trying too hard. Definitely one of those spots that works for a cute lunch, dinner with the girls, or even a casual date night. We genuinely enjoyed every dish we tried. Started with the Whipped Ricotta and the mission fig jam with the warm flatbread was such a good combo. A Caesar salad will always be ordered by me and this one did not disappoint. And if you love charbroiled oysters like I do, the Oysters Casino are a must. The smoky flavor with pancetta and peppers was so good. For mains, our server recommended the Stuffed Shells and I’m so glad we listened. Stuffed with a four-cheese spinach filling and topped with lamb ragu… easily one of my favorite dishes of the night. The Branzino Piccata was also a good choice, the flavors of citrus and capers absolutely delivered.
