Salt bread is taking over NYC, and I’m loving it. My favorite so far is from Salt Bread Ko. #nyc #koreatown #saltbread

You don’t need to go to Korea for salt bread anymore 🥲 Salt Bread Ko just opened its doors a few months back to bless us with freshly baked salt breads. You can get 3 regular salt breads for $14, or 2 salt breads + 1 spread for $12 (and they have a tonnn of spreads to choose from!) They also have specialty salt breads, like the pandan coconut ($6.5) and the black osetra caviar with truffle spread ($28) shown here — and many others I need to go back for 🤤 I think the line has died down since it opened (I barely waited when arriving around noon on a Saturday), but would try going on a week day if you can / want to avoid the risk of waiting! 📍Salt Bread Ko, 4 E 32nd St, New York, NY 10016 Follow @nyc_piggie for more NYC eats! 🥢 #newyork #nyc #nycfood #nycfoodie #nyceats

If you see a long line in Ktown, it must be for Salt Bread Ko. Salt bread has blown up for a reason, and this spot is doing it right. Everything is baked fresh, with new batches coming out every hour! It’s buttery, soft, and pillowy on the inside, with a crispy, golden bottom that makes all the difference. Think of it as a cross between a steamed bun and a croissant. They also have many dips and spreads to choose from. 🥖 2 salt breads + 1 spread $12 #saltbread #nycktown #ktownnyc #nycbakery #nycfoodie

I really thought salt bread was just another overhyped internet trend until I tried it 😭 Stopped by Salt Bread Ko. in KTown and WOWWWW, I get it now!!! Fresh batches every 30–60 mins so you already know it’s coming out warm, fluffy, buttery with that crispy golden bottom 🤤 They’ve got both sweet and savory options too! I tried the coconut pandan + earl grey chocolate, but the savory dips?? I had to get the chili crisp and truffle and yeah, I’m officially team savory now 😮‍🔥 Is it viral worthy? 1000% YES. This is your sign to stop sleeping on salt bread!! 📍Salt Bread Ko. 4 E 32nd St Store 5, New York, NY 10016 #saltbread #nycfoodie #viralfood #nyceats #foodiefind
