@veselkanyc has been serving up Ukrainian food in the East Village since 1954 The pierogis and latkes are a must, some of the best I’ve had in New York City. For the pierogis, you can mix classic fillings with 4 for $11 or 8 for $20. We got short rib, braised beef, cheese, potato, and more. They were all delicious but short rib was my favorite. They also currently have limited edition chocolate pierogis with @tonyschocolonely_us which you need to try. Excited to go back and try more of their Ukrainian dishes.
