📍Sinsa • Korean American wine bar in East Village opened this year and recently added to the 2025 Michelin guide. Sister to Rice Thief and features primarily shareable plates, paying homage to traditional Korean flavors. Thought everything was solid but nothing to go out of your way for. Recommend the scallop crudo for an interesting/brighter take. Cute as a date spot or casual catch ups over wine.
