While everyone has heard of Peter Luger, not just in NYC, but around the country and even around the world, not many people think of Wolfgang's steakhouse as one of NYC's best steakhouses. But it is! Wolfgang's steakhouse regularly makes lists of best steak in NYC and it was notably founded by Wolfgang Zwiener, headwaiter at Peter Luger for decades, before he went and founded his own steakhouse and really recreated Peter Luger in many ways. This was a really unique video, as it's my second time reviewing Wolfgang's steakhouse. I figured I'd reach out this time, in a really rare moment on UA Eats (I usually just walk in unannounced), since the staff there recognize me at this point. This time I will be taking you all inside Wolfgang's Steakhouse, to see how they prep everything the Peter Luger way!
